Summary: This is a beautiful property and perfect for families or those traveling with pets, like I. My dog was quite comfortable there. They have trails behind the hotel, which your pups will love, as mine did. They offer early check-in, as early as 12:30 p.m.. The check-in experience was different for me, as they give you a code and a room number. If there is an issue, you have to call and they meet you or attend to it over the phone. The air conditioner was broken in my room and they moved me to another room lickety split. I forgot my smartwatch in the room and they quickly located it and sent it in the mail to me. I think the staff is quite good and Erin is friendly and professional. As, in I told her I was on medical leave and she texted me saying she hoped I was resting and arrived fine, or whatever to that affect. Was appreciated! I would definitely stay there again due to the close proximity to Gulls Harbor Beach (where the Chart Room Restaurant is located) and the sunrise is why I went down. I will be bringing my family next time, as a fire out back and playing corn hole and the playground is perfect for children. There is also a pond. Beautiful property. Impeccably clean rooms and shower good, as well as, staff top notch!
